How do I remove a TurboTax Upgrade?

So, imagine that you have recently learned how to upgrade TurboTax and upgraded the software to its latest version, but somehow you didn’t find that fruitful. What will you do? In most cases, people tend to prefer downgrading TurboTax or deleting the TurboTax account. But, there is no point in deleting it as TurboTax cannot be deleted. You can just deactivate the account. In fact, you can just choose the option for Clear and Start Over. With this option, you can simply clear off all the data and deactivate the account.

However, if you want, you can manually choose to Clear and Start Over TurboTax Account. The steps for the same are enlisted below. Have a look:

  • At first, you need to login to the TurboTax Account
  • Click on the option that says “Take me to Return”
  • Click “my available account located at the top”
  • Click on the “Start Over” button
  • Now, click on the ‘Yes’ button
