6 Handy Ways to Fix the Tenda Router Setup Page Login Issues

You may not be able to access the Tenda router setup page online due to various factors causing the login issue. In such a case, you first check that the IP address you have entered into the browser’s address bar is right, as well as the login credentials. After that, you can follow some troubleshooting workarounds to resolve the problem. During the process, you should have connected your router to the computer using an Ethernet cable. For the appropriate solution, call on the Tenda support number.

Step 1 – In the case of login issues with your Tenda router, you should first check the LED status of the device and the connection as well.  Use an Ethernet cable to connect your PC to the Tenda router.  Also, make sure that LED light for the LAN port is stable. If it’s not, then try to change the port on your router, otherwise, go to the next solution.

Step 2 – Check that your computer has accessed the correct IP address; means that your router and the computer IP addresses should be equivalent. However, if you still can’t access the Tenda router settings, proceed to the next step.

Step 3 – Try using another web browser or clearing the cache and cookies of your browser if the problem persists. The process of removing the browser’s history may differ, relying on the program or version you’re using.

Step 4 – Reset your Tenda router to the default settings.  To do so, press down the ‘Reset’ button on the Tenda router and hold it for 10 seconds. This process will set your router to the factory settings and remove all settings of your router you have made. If you still can’t log on the router page, go to the next workaround.

Step 5 -  If you’re still facing the similar issues, the only solution to fix the router issues is to power cycle your computer and the Tenda router. To do so, you have to disconnect the electrical adapter from your router and turn off the computer. Later on, start your router, allow it to light on correctly, and then turn on your PC.  Try to log into the Tenda router page online. If you can’t, go to the next workaround.

Step 6 - If you still can’t login to the Tenda router setup page, it’s suggested you either use another computer or update the Windows driver to fix the problems. You can check the user’s manual guide on your computer for more information. For the immediate and hassle-free solutions, you can call the professionals by contacting Tenda router customer service.
